These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on our website, https://stockinsports.com, operated by Vigsai Private Limited, based in India.

Orders

All products are custom-made according to your specifications.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
By submitting an order, you confirm that all design elements you upload (e.g. logos) are either owned by you or you have the appropriate rights to use them.

Dye Sublimation Orders

Orders proceed only after full artwork approval is received.
A minimum quantity is required per design; smaller quantities may involve additional design and handling considerations.
Logos must be provided in a scalable vector format such as .eps or .ai.
If non-vector logos are submitted, additional time and design effort may be required to process them.
Computer-aided design (CAD) previews are available upon request and may be subject to conditions if not followed by an order.
CADs are delivered in electronic format and must be approved digitally before production begins.
Pre-production samples can be arranged; these are not eligible for refund.
Additional services such as logo redrawing and design CAD creation may be provided where necessary.
We strive to match Pantone colour references as closely as possible, although exact matches are not guaranteed.
Colour shades may vary between batches, including repeat orders.

Goods & Specifications

Final quantities are determined by the agreed purchase order, though slight variances in quantity may occur due to the nature of customised production.
Differences in colour, shade, and sizing are a natural result of the custom manufacturing process and must be accepted.
Items placed on backorder will be shipped as soon as available; such deliveries may require additional logistics handling.
No compensation or claims will be accepted for losses resulting from backorders.
Garment measurements may vary within a reasonable tolerance.
Product descriptions and sizing charts are approximate and intended for reference only.
Customised or excess items are not eligible for return.
Personalised items (including those with initials, numbers, or logos) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing refers to product value only and does not include shipping or applicable duties/taxes.
Buyers with approved credit terms must make payment within the agreed period from the date of invoice.
Full payment is required in advance from customers without a credit account before production or dispatch begins.
Pricing structures may be updated periodically without prior notification.
Orders will not be released for shipment if outstanding payments exist, even if other invoices have been settled.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges in line with standard business practices.
Any invoice discrepancies must be reported in writing within a specified time window.
Shipping charges, along with any applicable import duties or taxes, will be calculated and communicated before checkout.
Orders will only be processed after payment is received in full.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using international tracked courier services.
Delivery usually takes several working days, but may vary depending on customs procedures.
Any applicable import duties or taxes, including VAT, are the responsibility of the Buyer and may be charged at the point of delivery.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
In cases of delivery delays beyond our control, storage or rescheduling charges may apply.
Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Product substitutions may occur if deemed appropriate without affecting quality or purpose.
Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the Buyer upon delivery.
Cancelled orders may be subject to charges to cover labour or material costs incurred.
Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supplier disruptions.

Returns & Refunds

Items with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced if:
- The issue is reported within the stated timeframe with photographic evidence.
- The defect is not the result of damage after delivery.
- The fault is due to materials, craftsmanship, or design issues attributable to the Seller.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Manufacturer warranties from third-party suppliers will be passed on where available.
We are not liable for any indirect losses, including business interruption or loss of profits.
No other guarantees are provided unless specifically stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the website are the intellectual property of Vigsai Private Limited.
No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, or used without written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
